In relation to healer/client relationships, I have spent a decent amount of time with Denise McGrath. 

I trained with her over the course of a few integrative sessions and most recently had a massage with her as well. Having participated in holistic modalities over the last 25 years, it occurred to me that Denise might, in my opinion, be the most significant important healer in New England. 

The space that she has created at the Holistic Alignment Center, the team she has assembled and the community she’s built with her partners is pretty unrivaled like anything I've seen. 

She is a wonderful, compassionate healer who is not going to sugarcoat anything but tell you what is important to your healing journey (even if that does require work from your end) and it has just been simply a joy in a blessing to be connected to her. 

Not to mention, the center is absolutely stunning and elevates the work of self-care to where it should be.

The HA Healing Center is a beautiful oasis tucked away on Interstate Drive in Somersworth. It’s filled with amazing entrepreneurs offering services such as energy healing, life coaching, somatics, breath work, craniosacral, sound therapy and massage. There are classes available like yoga, yoga dance, group healings, etc and it is an event center for retreats, workshops & parties. If you haven’t been to the center yet, you should check it out! The energy here is special. ✨

The space is absolutely magical. It's nestled perfectly into nature and even has a pond for deep contemplation. I've worked with many of the practitioners there and have had great experiences. The energy sessions were profound. The yoga class was just what I needed. I even sat in the sauna afterwards.
